45-55 minutes of riding to get your glow on. While this is a toigh workout you will feel so energized & confident after the ride.
Think of the music as the road as we work through hill climbs, fast decents, speed work and races to build your cardio capacity and strengthen your entire body!
Low impact
30-45 minute low impact workout.
Perfect for anyone who is pregnant, post partum or returning from injury.
This workout has no jumping and uses light weights, bands and body weight specifically focussing on balance, strength and functionality.
It is also really beneficial for over 60’s or anyone who wants to focus on strength training without impact.
