Super fun, team environment using all sort of equipment from free weights to sleds, ski and row ergs and much more!

Strength & Conditioning

45-55 minutes of riding to get your glow on. While this is a toigh workout you will feel so energized & confident after the ride.

Think of the music as the road as we work through hill climbs, fast decents, speed work and races to build your cardio capacity and strengthen your entire body!

Low impact

30-45 minute low impact workout.

designed for our over 60’s but in no way limited to this demographic.

This workout has no jumping and uses light weights, bands and body weight specifically focussing on balance, strength and functionality.
